| Job Duties: | Manage day-to-day activities of manpower and poker game rooms. Analyze statistics, reading & writing reports. Monitor and analyze the current system of service to check it’s effectivity. Work out strategy for improvements. Ensure that work deadlines are met. Coordinates with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of organization; present findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training and supervising new employees. Review contract & agreements for staffing services. Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency; setting and reviewing budgets and managing cost. May act as Korean-English translator and/or translates documents. Review project contracts, drawings & cost estimates. Prepare reports and presentations to shareholders and directors. Do other task and duties as assign from time to time. |
