| Job Duties: | JOB DESCRIPTION: MAID AND HOUSEKEEPER. PERFORM ANY COMBINATION OF LIGHT CLEANING DUTIES TO MAINTAIN DORMITORY AND SCHOOL GUEST ROOMS, IN A CLEAN AND ORDERLY MANNER. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES. 1) CLEAN ROOMS, HALLWAYS, LOBBIES, DORMITORY, RESTROOMS, CORRIDORS, SCHOOL GUESTROOMS, STAIRWAYS, LOCKER ROOMS, CAFETERIA, AND OTHER WORK AREAS SO THAT HEALTH STANDARDS ARE MET. 2) CLEAN RUGS, CARPETS, UPHOLSTERED FURNITURE, AND/OR DRAPERIES, USING VACUUM CLEANERS AND/OR SHAMPOOERS. 3) EMPTY WASTEBASKETS, AND TRANSPORT OTHER TRASH AND WASTE TO DISPOSAL AREAS. 4) CARRY LINENS, TOWELS, TOILET ITEMS, AND CLEANING SUPPLIES. 5) PURCHASE OR ORDER GROCERIES AND HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES TO KEEP KITCHENS STOCKED, AND RECORD EXPENDITURES. 6) SWEEP, SCRUB, WAX, AND/OR POLISH FLOORS, USING BROOMS, MOPS, AND/OR POWERED SCRUBBING AND WAXING MACHINES. 7) DUST AND POLISH FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT. 8) KEEP STORAGE AREAS AND CARTS WELL-STOCKED, CLEAN, AND TIDY. 9) POLISH SILVER ACCESSORIES AND METALWORK SUCH AS FIXTURES AND FITTINGS. 10) REMOVE DEBRIS FROM DRIVEWAYS, GARAGES, AND PARKING AREAS. 11) REPLENISH SUPPLIES SUCH AS DRINKING GLASSES, LINENS, WRITING SUPPLIES, AND BATHROOM ITEMS. 12) SORT CLOTHING AND OTHER ARTICLES, LOAD WASHING MACHINES, AND IRON AND FOLD DRIED ITEMS. 13) SORT, COUNT, AND MARK CLEAN LINENS, AND STORE THEM IN LINEN CLOSETS. 14) WASH WINDOWS, WALLS, CEILINGS, AND WOODWORK, WAXING AND POLISHING AS NECESSARY. 15) ASSIGN DUTIES TO OTHER STAFF AND GIVE INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING WORK METHODS AND ROUTINES. 16) REQUEST REPAIR SERVICES AND WAIT FOR REPAIR WORKERS TO ARRIVE. 17) DISINFECT EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES, USING GERMICIDES OR STEAM-OPERATED STERILIZERS. 18) HANG DRAPERIES, AND DUST WINDOW BLINDS. 19) MOVE AND ARRANGE FURNITURE, AND TURN MATTRESSES. 20) OBSERVE PRECAUTIONS REQUIRED TO PROTECT SCHOOL DORMITORY AND GUEST ROOMS PROPERTY, AND REPORT DAMAGE, THEFT, AND FOUND ARTICLES TO SUPERVISORS. 21) PLAN MENUS, AND COOK AND SERVE MEALS AND REFRESHMENTS FOLLOWING EMPLOYER'S INSTRUCTIONS OR OWN METHODS. 22) PREPARE ROOMS FOR MEETINGS, AND ARRANGE DECORATIONS, MEDIA EQUIPMENT, AND FURNITURE FOR SOCIAL OR SCHOOL FUNCTIONS. 23) WASH DISHES AND CLEAN KITCHENS, COOKING UTENSILS, AND SILVERWARE. 24) ANSWER TELEPHONES AND DOORBELLS. |

| Comments: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 30, 2019 to September 29, 2020 THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
