| Job Duties: | Monitor & reconcile daily sales and prepare for deposit. Prepare & file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.Monitor, analyze accounts receivables and collect customers accounts due. Analyze company's expenses and process payments to vendors. Calculate and input into the system landed cost and determine selling price of merchandise for sale. Inventory management and control. Implement Management's procedure and controls and recommend additional Accounting procedures and and controls if necessary. Submit Financial reports for Management use. Renew business licenses, permits and other requirements for compliance with Govt. regulations. |
