Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Duties: •Train and manage kitchen personnel and supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities; •Estimate food consumption and requisition or purchase food; •Interact with internal staff and external guests from Asian and international countries. •Select and develop recipes; standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality; •Establish presentation technique and quality standards; •Plan and price menus; ensure proper equipment operation/maintenance; •Ensure proper safety and sanitation in kitchen. •May oversee special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques. •Executive assistant chef supervises kitchen personnel with responsibility for hiring, discipline, performance reviews and initiating pay increases. •Reports to the food service director and executive chef. •To Implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits •Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field, or a combination of education and experience. • Three (3) to five (5) experience as a chef including at least one or two (2) years in supervisory capacity or a combination of education and experience in (Chinese cuisine) with noodle specialization compulsory. •A few months of managerial experience of culinary operation in Casino/VIP Junket is preferred •Pre-opening experience is an advantage. •Ability to communicate in English to deal with guests and internal staff from Asian and International countries, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage. •Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand and the Company. •Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency. •Skilled in problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training. •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
