Job Title: Office Clerk
Job Duties: Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Answer telephones direct calls, and take messages. Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing and database systems, eithr manually or using a computer. Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities. rewview files, records and other documents to obtain information to response to requests. Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail. Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports.Complete work schedules, manage calendars, and arrange appointments. Type, format, proofread and edit correspondence and other documents, from notes or dictating machines, using computers or typewriters. Deliver messages and run errands. Collect, count and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping and complete banking transactions. Complete and male bills, contracts, policies invoices, or checks. process and prepare documents, such as business or government forms and expense reports. Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and record and transcribe minutes. Count, weigh, measure or organize materials. make travel arrangements for office personnel, organize materials.

Fringe Benefits: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE. Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
