Job Title: Warehouseman
Job Duties: Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors/customers. Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, by hand or using trucks, and other equipment. Sort product containers before loading and unloading. Assemble product containers and/or crates or cartons. Load and unload material using pulleys and other lifting devices. A Warehouse Worker may maintain shipping and receiving logs and makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition. Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements; arranging for repairs. Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Completes reports by entering required information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification Requirements: At least 12months experience as warehouseman and delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of logistic functions. Knowledge and experience in vendor pick-ups, stock replenishment, inventory control, material, stock handling, shipping and receiving; safety, products and governmental compliance. Must be able to operate and trouble-shoot forklift, generator, and standard delivery truck. Demonstrates mechanical/electrical aptitude and skills. Must hold a valid CNMI driver's license, Police Clearance, Food Handler & Commercial Driver Certificate required and will be applied equally to both CW-1 and U.S. Workers.

Comments: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position for two (2) Warehouseman. The work days will be Monday to Friday with Saturday to Sunday off. Work hours will be scheduled between 8:00AM to 5:00PM for a total of 8 hours per day, 40 hours a week. Interviews will be individually scheduled and conducted every Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. As required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE, The worker will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. As required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(l), Employer will provide TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
