| Job Duties: | Plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of the organizations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning. Responsible in the smooth running of operations on site, as well as in insuring that safety remains the top priority in the conduct of any activities, both above and below water. Manages, coordinates and supports all staff who are involved in diving operations of any nature. Manages on-site supplies and logistics of all diving related equipment and consumables. Oversees the use, maintenance and inventory of all project diving equipment and compressor. Conducts all PADI dive training of volunteers and staff, ensuring strict adherence to all required standards. Makes certain the dive operations are run in accordance to the company diving policy. Represents company’s interest at all times. Maintains strong relationships with all stakeholders, dive centers, boat operators and customers. |

| Qualification Requirements: | With ability to work under time pressure, excellent organizational skills, good physical condition, excellent interpersonal and motivational skills. Preferably but not required a valid Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) License or related Scuba Diving License.
