| Job Duties: | Clean rooms, offices, function rooms, cafeteria, lounges, hallways, corridors, lobbies, stairways, parking areas, kitchen, work and other public areas; empty waste baskets and trash bins, ash trays, and transfer to designated disposal areas; clean, wash, scrub carpets and rug, rubber mats and shampooing, if necessary; clean and polish tables, furniture and fixtures; sweep, vacuum, wax and polish floors; conduct inventory of supplies, materials, tools and replenish; observe precautionary measures required to protect client’s and guest’s properties and to report any missing and damage items found in the assigned areas; to do minor repairs and replacements on assigned areas; to report and return to the Supervisor and management any items found unattended in the area; to assist or attend to clients and guest needs, and to do all other works as deemed necessary or requested by the clients or guests or management. |
