Job Title: | MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR WORKERS, GENERAL |
Job Duties: | electrical work, plumbing, carpentry work 。Perform all or some of the following tasks for temporary help services clients: survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards; perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.); assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary; Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality; inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed • perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.); undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide; conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) that maybe required by clients. |

Qualification Requirements: | High school diploma required, experience strongly preferred, need 1 year work experience, Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems; Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods; Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices; Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills; Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime; building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus. |

Fringe Benefits: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020.Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place or recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
