Job Duties:	INSPECT, OPERATE, OR TEST EQUIPMENT TO DIAGNOSE MALFUNCTIONS. DISMANTLE EQUIPMENT, OR DEVICES TO ACCESS AND REMOVE DEFECTIVE PARTS, USING HOISTS, CRANES, HAND TOOLS, OR POWER TOOLS. PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, SUCH AS INSPECTING DRIVES, MOTORS, OR BELTS, CHECKING FLUID LEVELS, REPLACING FILTERS, OR DOING OTHER PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ACTIONS. DIAGNOSE MECHANICAL PROBLEMS AND DETERMINE HOW TO CORRECT THEM, CHECKING BLUEPRINTS, REPAIR MANUALS, OR PARTS CATALOGS, AS NECESSARY. REPAIR MACHINES, EQUIPMENT, OR STRUCTURES, USING TOOLS SUCH AS HAMMERS, HOISTS, SAWS, DRILLS, WRENCHES, OR EQUIPMENT SUCH AS PRECISION MEASURING INSTRUMENTS OR ELECTRICAL OR ELECTRONIC TESTING DEVICES. MAINTAIN OR REPAIR SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT OR MACHINERY LOCATED IN CAFETERIAS, LAUNDRIES, STOREROOM, OFFICES, OR FACTORIES. ASSEMBLE, INSTALL, OR REPAIR ELECTRICAL WIRING, S, PIPE SYSTEMS, PLUMBING. CLEAN OR LUBRICATE SHAFTS, BEARINGS, GEARS, OR OTHER PARTS OF MACHINERY. ADJUST FUNCTIONAL PARTS OF DEVICES OR CONTROL INSTRUMENTS, USING HAND TOOLS, LEVELS, PLUMB BOBS, OR STRAIGHTEDGES. ORDER PARTS, SUPPLIES, OR EQUIPMENT FROM CATALOGS OR SUPPLIERS. PERFORM GENERAL CLEANING DUTIES OF BUILDINGS OR PROPERTIES. PAINT OR REPAIR ROOFS, WINDOWS, DOORS, FLOORS, WOODWORK, PLASTER, DRYWALL, OR OTHER PARTS OF BUILDING STRUCTURES. OPERATE CUTTING EQUIPMENT TO CUT OR JOIN METAL PARTS. GREEN TASK STATEMENT INSTALL EQUIPMENT TO IMPROVE THE ENERGY OR OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY OF RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS. SET UP AND OPERATE MACHINE TOOLS TO REPAIR OR FABRICATE MACHINE PARTS, JIGS, FIXTURES, OR TOOLS. TRAIN OR MANAGE MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL OR SUBCONTRACTORS. Qualification Requirements:	SKILLED IN EQUIPMENT, BUILDING AND GROUND MAINTENANCE PERFORMING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON EQUIPMENT AND DETERMINING WHEN AND WHAT KIND OF MAINTENANCE IS NEEDED.- EXPERIENCED REPAIRMAN REPAIRING MACHINES OR SYSTEMS USING THE NEEDED TOOLS. KNOWLEDGEABLE IN TROUBLESHOOTING DETERMINING CAUSES OF OPERATING ERRORS AND DECIDING WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. CRITICAL THINKER USING LOGIC AND REASONING TO IDENTIFY THE STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF ALTERNATIVE SOLUTIONS, CONCLUSIONS OR APPROACHES TO PROBLEMS. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. 2. Transportation and Subsistence: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except w here the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or w here the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. 3.Employer-Provided Tools and Equipment: Workers will be provided, without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned. 4.
