Job Title: CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
Job Duties: RECEIVES AND ACCEPT ORDERS AND SERVICE REQUEST FOR CUSTOMERS. DISCUSS AVAILABLE OPTIONS, COMPUTE COSTS, AND ACCEPTS PAYMENTS. GREET CUSTOMERS, DISCUSS AND PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE TYPE, QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES SOUGHT BY CUSTOMERS. COMPUTE CHARGES FOR MERCHANDISE OR SERVICES AND RECEIVE PAYMENTS. ANSWER TELEPHONES TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND RECEIVE ORDERS. EXPLAIN SERVICE FEES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES OF CONTRACT. EXAMINE CONDITION OF PROPERTY OR PRODUCTS INSTALLED. PREPARE CONTRACTS, SERVICE AGREEMENT FORMS, OBTAIN CUSTOMER'S SIGNATURE AND OTHER INFORMATION SUCH REQUIRED LICENSES. EXPLAIN FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS, PREPARES BILLING, AND COLLECTS PAYMENTS FROM CLIENTS. KEEP RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS AND OF CUSTOMERS ENTERING AN ESTABLISHMENT. RECOMMEND AND PROVIDE ADVICE ON A WIDE VARIETY OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO OFFER TO CUSTOMERS. RECEIVE, EXAMINE, AND TAG ARTICLES TO BE ALTERED, CLEANED, STORED, OR REPAIRED.

Qualification Requirements: MUST AT LEAST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR ITS EQUIVALENT. MUST HAVE 12 MONTHS PREVIOUS WORK-RELATED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PROGRAMS (MICROSOFT WORD, MICROSOFT EXCEL, MICROSOFT POWERPOINT). MUST HAVE PLEASING PERSONALTY. MUST BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICES TO ACHIEVE QUALITY STANDARDS OF SERVICES AND PROVIDE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF PRINCIPLES AND METHODS FOR SHOWING, PROMOTING AND SELLING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.

Comments: ANTICIPATED HOURS OF WORK IS A MAXIMUM OF 7.50 HOURS PER DAY AND 37.50 HOURS PER WEEK FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY. WORKERS ARE OFFERED EMPLOYMENT FOR A TOTAL NUMBER OF WORK HOURS EQUAL TO AT LEAST THREE FOURTHS OF THE WORKDAYS OF THE TOTAL PERIOD THAT BEGINS WITH THE FIRST WORKDAY OF EMPLOYMENT AND UP TO THE EXPIRATION OF THE WORK CONTRACT. WORKERS WILL BE PROVIDED TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE WHILE TRAVELING FROM THE WORKER'S ORIGIN TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT AS WELL AS THE RETURN TRANSPORTATION FROM THE POINT OF HIRE.
