Job Duties: | Oversee the general operation of the multi-lingual Guest Relations department, including the concierge and front desk. Assist on interview, hire and evaluate personnel. Answers guest complaints, complete foreign language translations, cater to VIP's, handle special requests and delegate responsibilities as needed. Take and confirm reservations and cancellations. Supply guests with information regarding property amenities, services, room features, and local areas of interest and activities. Collaborate with management to develop and carry-out ideas and procedures, and set goals to continuously improve department performance. Prepare required paperwork pertaining to departmental functions. Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards. Performs other related duties as required. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism/Hospitality. 36 months work experience. Minimum of three (3) years of hospitality and managing multi-departments. Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary. Must be able to work graveyard shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays including during inclement weather. Proficient in the use of MS programs such as Excel and Word. Able to operate property management systems such as Opera. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. |
