| Job Duties: | Record and analyze the financial transactions of the firm in an accurate manner; Deal with expert’s expenses, vendors like LexisNexis, Pacer, and Government Treasury, clients, and financial institutions; Maintain proper records of the expenses and revenues; Act as the representative of the law firm while dealing with external parties like banks for loans, taxation authorities, licensing authorities for processing of corporate documents including business license, zoning, and corporation reports; Prepare accounting records, profit and loss, and maintain accounting records including receipts, expenditures, and accounts payable; Report to office manager regarding the finances of the firm; Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts; Prepare taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements; Prepare bank deposits, handle payroll, and make office and apartment purchases; and Prepares client’s billing. |
