Job Title: Supervisor
Job Duties: Supervises, plans and coordinates activities of stockers in a store or warehouse. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Instruct staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Operate forklift, deliver items in the event where there is a shortage in delivery staff. Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations. Ensure great customer service at all levels. Meeting deadlines. Does other duties as assigned from time to time.

Comments: • The place of employment will be at Oleai, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. • Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA • The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions • The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
