Job Duties: | Interact with business clients to provide information related to a printing company. Respond to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Confer with clients by telephone, email or in person to provide details about products or services. Create client accounts, take or enter orders, obtain details of client's design specifications. Maintain records of client interactions or transactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Help resolve client's service or billing complaints by performing activities such as crediting accounts or adjusting bills. Complete order forms using computers. Refer unresolved client grievances to management for further action. Determine charges for products or services requested, collect payments, or arrange for billing. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products. Do other related duties as assigned. |

Qualification Requirements: | Minimum 2 years of work experience as a customer service. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, which includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS Office, internet and email proficiency. Preferable to have knowledge of a printing company operations. Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure required. Flexibility with working hours preferred. College graduate preferable. |

Fringe Benefits: | Compensations: Workers’ Compensation provided. Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker is traveling from other countries and completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. |
