Job Title: Coordinator - Human Resources and Administration
Job Duties: • Ensure confidentiality of all restricted or sensitive information of the department • Liaise and arrange all guests inquiries and requests • Coordinate all activities and organization within the department • Maintain personnel records of all departmental staff accurately and provide timely and accurate feedback to superior on leave balance and payroll issues • Assist in coordinating all trainings with departmental trainer and other providers; maintain training records to be updated and accurate at all times • Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors • Arrange regular and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, conferences and other travel arrangements • Photocopy, collate, distribute, and file documents • Transmit outgoing faxes, and retrieve, log, and distribute incoming faxes • Establish and maintain an effective filing and retrieval system • Delivering any ad hoc duties as assigned by the department • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Perform other related duties as assigned.
High School Diploma Required? No
Qualification Requirements: • High school diploma or comparable experience of similar capacity preferable • Administrative/secretarial experience preferable • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents • Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests • Ability to speak and write in Asian languages (either Chinese, Korean and/or Japanese) preferable • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties • Ability to multi-task.
