Job Title: Workforce Planning & Labor Optimization Manager
Job Duties: •Support and drive continuous enhancements to the Workforce Planning’s strategic vision, strategy, and business objectives. •Manage business plan and hiring plans for assigned units, particularly Gaming Operations. •Oversee the achievement of maximum productivity and efficiencies for operation and administration units. •Identify and analyze data trends and gap analysis to improve the labor efficiency and accurately predict long term and short term staffing capacity needs. •Knowledge of assigned department’s area of specialization to analyze, plan and draw conclusions for recommendation to superiors. •Ability to sustain strong partnership across Business, HR, Finance and Information Service partners. •Effectively build Workforce Planning modules, drive labor efficiency through gap analysis. •Provide subject matters expertise in developing talents. •Interact with department and team members, management, and contractors professionally and positively. •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications. •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Workforce Management in Gaming Industry in a sizable property (150+ Gaming tables). • Bachelor’s degree preferred. •Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; some Chinese will be an advantage, as well as ability to present. •Reporting in a clear and compelling manner to various audiences (business leaders of Organization). • Experience using reporting tools and deep expertise in Excel and Access, data integration skill preferred. •Strong knowledge of Virtual Roster and MizziSoft (Easy Roster) is highly desirable. •Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate into a strategic Workforce Plan. •Predictive analytics is a plus. •Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. •Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
