Job Duties: | •Provides direction and oversight for the Table Games Department as well as selecting and mentoring a strong team of professionals. •Oversee analysis of table games performance information on a daily basis with the goal of maximizing revenue. •Ensure that any new product, process or equipment adheres to the gaming regulation of the jurisdiction authorizing body. •Ensure all staff is aware of the company’s policy and direction by holding regular meetings for both giving and receiving ideas of relevant information. •Continually stimulate and build staff morale, through coordinating and participating in team activities both within the department and with other departments to build an overall company team ethics. •Must remain alert to any unusual or questionable activity by Table Games employees or gaming customers and take appropriate action to correct the situation. •Maintains accurate records and documentation of shift activities and maintains an open line of communication with all table games employees. •Maintain security of all personnel, monies and games. •Maintains appropriate scheduling to satisfy the volume of gaming activity through regular assessment of Headcount, regular report to superior and provide the solution to enhance the performance. •Meets the attendance guidelines of the job, adheres to the regulatory, departmental, and company policies. •Trains, counsels and coaches staff in the performance of their duties, prepares and presents regular performance reviews. •Develops and leads a strong team of dedicated professionals. •Analyze and interpret all data to maximize revenues. •Be innovative and creative regarding product and procedure to streamline the operation. •Build a culture of development within the department and interdepartmental cooperation. •Drive ad-hoc project as required. •Perform other related duties as assigned by the Management in a timely manner. |

Qualification Requirements: | •Post-secondary education or equivalent preferred•Minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior casino management required•Must have a proven track record of effective and successful management within the gaming industry. Experience in leading the setting up of new casino with 200 tables or above will be preferred. •Good interpersonal and communication skills.•Requires the ability to read, write and speak the English language. •Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; develops alternative solutions and uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.•Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism; treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.•Knowledge of and ability to appropriately interpret and follow policies and procedures.•Knowledge of and ability to adhere to safety and security procedures; reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly. •Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to audience, whether oral or written. •Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business need. •Must be able to work independently or with a team. •Proficient computer skills including e-mail, word processing (Microsoft Word), spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel), database, PowerPoint, presentation and organizational/project planning software applications and interaction. •Must be an accomplished team leader with the ability to develop and mentor a team of professionals in a fast paced and ever evolving environment. • Expertise to maximizer revenues through strategic planning, must be able to design and implement departmental procedures in accordance with Company’s vision, mission and core values.•Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as policy procedure manuals, and other related documents. Able to communicate effectively in English (Written/Spoken). Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred. |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
