| Job Duties: | Scrub and polish counters, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment, coffee machine. Prepare bills for food, using cash registers, calculators, or adding machines, and accept payment or make change. Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary. Balance receipts and payments in cash registers. Serve food, beverages, to customers in such settings as take-out counters of cafe and counters. Accounts all sales collection and prepare sales report for the day. Prepares simple foods ordered by the customers. Cleans the entire cafe area including merchandise. Records spoilage and damages properly. |
