Job Title: Training Coordinator
Job Duties: Develop regulatory training based on the current Model Security Program (MSP), the latest applicable Emergency Amendment (EA), the latest Security Directive (SD), and the latest TSA Internal Control (IC) issued by the Department of Homeland Security – Transportation Security Administration (DHS – TSA). Maintain control of all training materials for applicable foreign & domestic air carriers under the care of POI Aviation. Successfully complete audits from TSA, FAA, and Foreign & Domestic Security Departments comprising of all training executed for both POI Aviation’s internal record and/or the specific Foreign & Domestic Air Carrier. Complete data-entry of all POI Aviation’s Training Records & the applicable Foreign & Domestic Air Carrier currently handled by POI Aviation. Conduct on-the-job-training (OJT) observations to assess current application of security measures in the sterile SIDA area (Security Identification Display Area). Coordinate training dates with Department Managers and Department Supervisors to successfully satisfy TSA requirements for initial, annual, and recurrent training. Properly ensure that each document is complete, accurate, and ready for audit by TSA, FAA, or the Foreign & Domestic Security Departments immediately upon request.

Qualification Requirements: Computer literate (must be able to write reports and create presentations using various MS software). Must possess good written and oral communication skills,Able to teach / instruct others with clarity and confidence. Knowledgeable in training design and the various operations of the company.
