Job Duties: | • Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards. • Compute load and grade requirements, water flow rates, or material stress factors to determine design specifications. • Provide technical advice to industrial or managerial personnel regarding design, construction, program modifications, or structural repairs. • Test soils or materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel. • Manage and direct the construction, operations, or maintenance activities at project site. • Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations or establish reference points, grades, or elevations to guide construction. • Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility. • Plan and design transportation or hydraulic systems or structures, using computer-assisted design or drawing tools. • Prepare or present public reports on topics such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements, or property and right-of-way descriptions. • Direct engineering activities, ensuring compliance with environmental, safety, or other governmental regulations. • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, or other topographical or geologic data. • Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess potential project impact. • Design or engineer systems to efficiently dispose of chemical, biological, or other toxic wastes. • Develop or implement engineering solutions to clean up industrial accidents or other contaminated sites. • Analyze manufacturing processes or byproducts to identify engineering solutions to minimize the output of carbon or other pollutants. |

Qualification Requirements: | 2 years of related experience required; Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline; Certified Estimator; Proficient in AutoCAD, Primavera Oracle, and Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel; Skillful in managing construction civil engineering projects such as water line sewer lines; Able to read engineering and architectural drawings, take off esitmates, construction scheduling, bar chart scheduling; Familiarity with international building code 2018, etc. |

Comments: | This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Employer will assist workers in securing board, lodging or other facilities. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
