Job Title: Senior Manager - Food & Beverage
Job Duties: •Ensure all outlets run according to established operating procedures •Manage all food and beverage and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards •Preserve excellent levels of internal and external guest service •Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements •Proactively identify guests’ needs and respond to all of their concerns •Lead food and beverage team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel •Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures •Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork •Comply with all health and safety regulations •Report on management regarding sales results and productivity •Maintain inventory control and order equipment and supplies within budget •Address guests’ requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction •Design departmental training and write operating procedures •Schedule rosters and match manpower to business demands •Provide supervision, direction and leadership to service staff to achieve department goals •Assist with staff hiring, coaching, motivating, counseling and evaluating •Conduct daily briefings and disseminate Company information to staff •Encourage good relationships, promote team spirit, and ensure effective two-way and multicultural communications •Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. •Perform other related duties as assigned
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: •Have 1 year of relative food and beverage experience in a five (5) star hotel environment or well-known property •Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with guests and employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the facility, the brand, and the Company •Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handlers card as required by local government policy •Skilled in problem solving and training •Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience •Ability to operate Microsoft Windows, Office, POS software & Micros system •Excellent product knowledge of international cuisines and wine; beverages; budgeting and cash handling experience •Be able to speak, read, and write in English •Preferably speak, read, and write in Mandarin •Be computer and POS software literate •Ability to lift and carry up to (50) pounds at a time •Ability to work in an environment where pipe, cigar, and cigarette smoking is permitted •Ability to multi-task, function independently, and work well under pressure •Ability to work a flexible schedule

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. Employee hired under this announcement will be rotated through each of the three shifts. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5)FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
