| Job Duties: | Collects and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud or noncompliance with laws, regulations and management policies. Prepares detailed reports on audit findings. Reports to management about asset utilization and audit results, and recommend changes in operations and financial activities. Inspects account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness and use of accepted accounting procedures. Prepares financial statements and schedules in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Ensures taxes are paid on time and submission of monthly, quarterly and year-end. Reviews internal control to minimize weakness and accepts/consolidates suggestions to improve implementation. Researches and interprets accounting concepts application to certain financial matters, summarizes and recommends options. |
