Job Title: Coordinator - Operations
Job Duties: Ensure confidentiality of all restricted or sensitive information of the department Liaise and arrange all guest’s inquiries and requests Assist in preparing Profit & Loss Reports, Expenses Reports and any administrative related duties Arrange regular and ad-hoc meetings, briefings, conferences and other travel arrangements Coordinate all activities and organization within the division Maintain a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external guests Type, file, and photocopy memos, faxes, and compile other data as required Help and support the department head in implementing departmental policies and procedures as well SOPs Maintain customer feedback and complaint procedures Assist in issuing employee schedules Maintain personnel records of all departmental staff accurately and provide timely and accurate feedback to superior on leave balance and payroll issues Assist in coordinating all trainings with relevant providers; maintain training records to be updated and accurate at all times Adhere to all Company policies and procedure Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions and/or security issues to supervisors Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification Requirements: 2-year secretarial working experience in a five-star hotel environment or well-known property; Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other job related software; Good attention to detail with problem solving skills and good planning, organization and project coordination skills; • Able to work independently • Able to multi-task and work well under pressure

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
