| Job Duties: | Clean all areas of the Club premises. Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks checking electrical appliance used to ensure that hazards are not created. Notify Managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix Water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Perform duties with a friendly, hospitable, service orientated personality. Maintain impeccable dress and grooming standards at all times. Perform other duties as required. Attend all rostered shifts |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school graduate with 12 months of on-the-job experience as cleaner (janitor). This position requires examination and clearance for Food Handlers Certificate before hire. Food Handlers Certificate must be valid at all times during employment. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. Active Listening, giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made. Must be able to communicate clearly ion and possess a good command of verbal and written English. |
