| Job Duties: | Perform semi skilled maintenance and repair of air conditioning system, install and/or repair wiring, electrical and electronics components, machinery and equipment/appliances, repair and perform minor maintenance on pipe systems and plumbing fixtures including repair of faucet leaks, sinks and toilets, clean drains using plunges and spring, repair and replace dry wall, paint, screen doors and door hardware, shade blinds,install floor tiles; repair and replace ceilings and roof; perform other related duties as may be assigned. |
