Job Title: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - CASH MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Job Duties: Financial Position, Analysis and Reports • Cash management operations. • Analyze and summarize financial data and activities. • Examine Cash Flow and assess financial position. • Review Cash Position Report and discuss future cash flow to the CFO. • Report to CFO and management regarding the finances of the organization. • Monitor bank balance, transaction details such as Telegraphic Transfer, Bank Drafts, ACH Payments Outstanding Checks, Deposit in Transit to come up with an accurate Cash Position Report for the following bank accounts. • Prepare undiscounted Future Cash Flow and Related Party Transactions to project revenue and anticipation of related expenses. • Request CFO to execute a fund transfer to a certain bank account as needed. • Oversee account administration and ensure all financial obligations are met by the organization. • Discuss and provide information to accounting manager regarding readiness of company to pay off loans upon maturity. • Analyze cash management processes and recommend solution for all depository and disbursing activities. • Prepare Sales Analysis Report. • Implement all stop payments request as needed. Finance Audit Routine • Review of Accounts Payable Checks issuance (over 100 vendors) to ensure terms/due dates are met and that signatures are completely affixed. • Review and prepare adjusting journal entries of payroll expenses. • Review of petty cash vouchers to ensure proper documentation and purpose. • Develop internal control procedures and effective accounting system and policies. Payroll, Reports and Distribution • Review and finalize payroll to check the accuracy of earnings and tax computation. • Distributes payroll checks to Managers of all departments and affiliate companies. • Affix signatures from the company and affiliates paychecks using a highly secured signature machine. • Review Payroll Summary to charge affiliate companies. • Analyze wages and its impact to operation. Taxes and Licenses • Compute tax owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. • Review the computation of withholding tax and tax returns to ensure compliance with local tax. • Review the computation of FICA tax and payment schedules to ensure compliance with federal tax. • Completes and file Employer Quarterly Federal Tax Return. • File Employer Quarterly Withholding Tax Return.

Qualification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (may be foreign equivalent). 60-months experience as Accountant required.
