| Job Duties: | Perform heavy cleaning duties and keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities may include clean rooms, kitchen, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas so that the health standards are met. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampooers and dust window blinds. Empty wastebaskets, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Sweep, scrub, wax and/or polish floors using a broom, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines. Clean and stock restrooms. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, tidy, and routine maintenance activities. Notify managers of necessary repairs and perform any other related duties as in business establishment chores as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must obtain at least 3 months' work of experience with excellent knowledge, possess safe workplace ethics, authentic, dependable and with a positive attitude toward the job and customer. Perform any combination of cleaning in an orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing the rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from the sidewalk and perform other related duties as assigned. |

| Comments: | This job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position and must have at least 3 months of work experience. Work days will be Monday to Friday and work hours will be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. With this position the employer also offers the three-fourths guarantee as required by 20 CFR 655.423(f) wherein three fourths is defined as an offer to workers full-time employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of each 12- week period (or 6-week period if the employment covered by the job is less than 120 days.) Transportation and Subsistence: If the Employee completes 50 percent of the work contract, the employer will provide or reimburse the worker’s transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Outbound transportation and subsistence costs will be paid by the Employer if the Employee completes the work period covered by the work contract or where the worker dismissed earlier.
