| Job Duties: | Analyze financial information & prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit & loss, tax liability or other financial activities within the organization. Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements and or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Report to management regarding finances of the establishment. Establish tables of accounts, assign and post entries to proper accounts. Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems using QuickBooks. Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns ensuring correctness and compliance with reporting, payment and other tax requirements. Develop, maintain and analyze budgets preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to project future revenues and expenses. Do other related duties as may be assigned from time to time. |
