Job Title: Senior Manager - Compliance
Job Duties: • Research federal and local laws and regulations, reviews the policies and procedures and ensure compliance with existing and established company policies pertaining to Anti-Money Laundering (AML). • Monitor and test front of the house compliance procedures including table game, cage, and security etc. for adherence to AML policy. • Ensure a comprehensive AML training and testing program is routinely and regularly administered. • Maintain adequate records to ensure that all applicable personnel have been trained and attained a satisfactory score on a test to demonstrate knowledge of Title 31/AML regulations. • Ensure gaming departments are adhering to the Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) requirements by performing periodic reviews. • Work to further develop, enhance, implement, and maintain a company-wide AML policy. • Coordinates with management at all levels to maintain systems, reports, and related AML items. • Ensure risk assessment scoring model is properly tuned to identify customers posing an increased money laundering risk. • Maintain consolidated list of high risk customers, updated for senior management review of account closures, rating changes, etc. • Reviews, analyzes and implements new and innovative techniques and tools designed to provide greater certainty in the AML Departments ability to detect, block and report BSA violations. • Ensuring a speedy and appropriate reaction to any matter in which money laundering or terrorist financing is suspected or raised or flagged for AML. • Lead organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies. • Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks. Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. • To implement standardized systems, operational tools or audits • Implement operational strategies to ensure quality and productivity. • Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: • 4 years of relevant experience required. • Analytic experience in the AML and BSA, with compliance related experience is highly preferred. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Strong knowledge of payments compliance regulations • Excellent time management skills and prioritize job duties. • Attention to detail with problem solving skills. • Good planning, organization and project coordination skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other job related software. • Self-motivated, well-organized, responsible, friendly and polite with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Team player who responds quickly to demands and thrives in a high-pressure work environment. • Able to multi-task.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
