Job Duties: Position Summary: The Team manager acts as the head of the Team, being the most senior ranked employee of the Team. The Team Manager is responsible to operate their team in an efficient manner. The Team Manager supervises all employees assigned to the Team, if any, including but not limited to, their work assignments, duties, performance, conduct and working hours. The Team Manager reports directly to the Department Director and, whenever required, to the General Manager. Position Description: • Preparation of food /quality control (sales revenue per menu item, personnel costs, development of new menu items, etc.) and analysis/reporting (in prior consultation with the Finance and Planning Team). • Receipt and management of supplies and facility maintenance. • Managing supplies inventory and submitting purchase / usage reports. • Maintaining the responsible areas in a clean and sanitary condition. • Developing plans for new menu items and implementation (in prior consultation with the Finance and Planning Team). • Analysis and reporting menu of items and improvement suggestions (in prior consultation with the Finance and Planning Team). • Ordering, inspecting and inventory management of Food ingredients and supplies. • Preparation of orders and submitted by F&B staff. • Any other duties that nay be assigned by the Department Director and/or the General Manager.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology (maybe foreign equivalent). Experience: 60 months experience as Hotel Chef. Special requirement: preferably having experience in major international hotels.
