Job Duties: | Job Description: Provide project development, stewardship and construction management in accordance with capital plan, across Mobil’s and affiliates’ five terminals in Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and the Marshall Islands. Additionally, provide engineering support to terminal operations and maintenance activities particularly focused on equipment mechanical integrity. Primary Job Functions: •Responsible for site supervision which includes and requires overseeing project’s execution, coordination, preparation and implementation of the various operations integrity management requirements with the aviation operations group, terminal operations group, suppliers, design engineers and affiliate advisors. •Provide technical support for facility design, maintenance and repair activities as required at the facilities assigned to the Engineer. •Develop and ensure adherence to Safety, Security, Health & Environment (SSH&E) programs to safeguard the safety and health of the community, the public and employees. •Ensure adherence to company processes in procurement, work controls and environmental protection to help improve efficiencies in project management. •Interface with Engineering Manager, Safety, Engineering and Technical Advisor, Aviation Operations Manager, Safety Advisors, Contractors, Depot personnel, Environmental and Government representative as required. •Maintain updated engineering projects on Global Engineering Database. |

Qualification Requirements: | Qualifications: •A Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related engineering discipline desirable) •Preferred minimum five years’ experience of project engineering and construction management, however, less experienced or graduate engineers will also be considered •Basic knowledge and understanding of Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSH&E) management principles •Proficiency with computer applications in spreadsheet, word processing, project scheduling and planning materials specifications and construction drawings •Understanding of US federal and local regulations as applied to project construction activities •Ability to pro-actively assess operational issues and develop options for solution •Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in tank repair and construction and with knowledge and background in petroleum industry. |
