Job Title: Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Job Duties: ⦁ Assist to prepare department budget proposals and reports; ⦁ Review daily & monthly production reports; ⦁ Liaise with other departments and vendors for accurate invoicing of all items and cross charge to respective departments as necessary; ⦁ Ensure safe working habits and correct storage of chemicals. Control the use of all chemicals and supplies to limit wastage; ⦁ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene & safety standards of all rooms, machines and equipment; ⦁ Instruct staff in work policies and procedures, the use and maintenance of equipment, and the knowledge of cleaning materials; ⦁ Recommend or arrange for additional services, such as repair work, renovations, and the replacement of equipment; ⦁ Supervise in-house services STAFF, such as cleaning services; ⦁ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: ⦁ High School graduate or above; ⦁ Minimum 12 months experience in Housekeeping, Laundry, Wardrobe, Cleaning and/or equivalent area; ⦁ Must be able to work on various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotation basis; ⦁ Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while performing duties; ⦁ Advanced in MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (5) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (6) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (7) HOUSING The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. (8)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
