| Job Duties: | Prepares quarterly consolidation package, reviewing and preparing of financial statement reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually). Submit monthly financial statement narrative reports to management. Inputting sales and cash receipts journal for general and remittance accounts. Handles room reconciliation with hotel vendors, prepares check disbursement for general and remittance and financial statements reports. Responsible for reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, bank reconciliation for general and remittance accounts. Preparation of payroll disbursement, monthly account receivables/payable schedules and other related duties. |
