Job Duties: | • Maintains documentation of compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes. • Prepares management reports regarding compliance operations and progress. • Reports violations of compliance or regulatory standards as appropriate or required under the direction of immediate manager. • Files appropriate compliance reports with regulatory agencies. • Consults with corporate attorneys as necessary to address legal compliance issues. • Keeps informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices and assesses the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes. • Discusses emerging compliance issues with management and employees. Provides employee training on compliance related topics, policies, and procedures. • Serves as a confidential point of contact for employees to communicate with management, seek clarification on issues or dilemmas, or report irregularities. • Collaborates with human resources department to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations. • Reviews communications and documentation such as sales advertising to ensure there are no violations of standards or regulations. |

Qualification Requirements: | • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Gaming related disciplines. • Undergraduate degree. • Ability to analyze and interpret regulatory requirements prudently • Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment at all levels at the support center and field • Ability to coordinate and/or manage committees • Ability to communicate with and manage Senior Management’s concerns and issues • Excellent teamwork/collaboration skills • Effective communication – both written and verbal • Excellent project management skills • Capable coaching and training skills |

Comments: | (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty (40) hours per week. Work hours start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. (3) INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. (4) FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). (5) PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, the employer will supply workers at no charge all safety clothing and equipment and will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. (6)The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
