Job Title: VIP Executive Host
Job Duties: • Develops new players, maintain existing players, and services all VIP level guests. • Conducts behavior with the highest level of integrity and honesty. • Maintains close relationships with targeted guests through personal contact. • Determines player eligibility of complimentary services by analyzing theoretical and win/loss ratings. • Maintains current player information to ensure the accuracy of the database. • Looks for new marketing strategies. • Remains abreast of changes in the gaming industry. • Assists in resolving guest and team member disputes. • Prepare annual budgets and operating forecasts, prepare regular and special reports and maintain the necessary records and files for the Marketing department. • Establish and maintain a solid working relationship with executive and department heads within the company. • Provides input into the development and administration of policies promoting effective guest service. • Promotes positive guest relations. • Participates in special projects as assigned. • Maintains VIP player accounts with special attention to detail and confidentiality. • Follows up with guests after departure and maintains contact to ensure return trips.

Qualification Requirements: • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required • Three (3) years previous experience as a VIP Executive or equivalent in the casino industry is required. • Experience in Player Development and VIP premium & Junket commission based programs required. • Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. • Must be fluent in English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is preferred but not required. • Ability to maintain accurate lists and files regarding client activity. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Experience with casino player tracking computer software is preferred. • Must be flexible when planning work schedules, hours worked, days off, holidays, and special events. • Knowledge of BSA Title 31 Chapter X or the ability to pass an exam subsequent to training. • Must be able to secure a TCGCC license.

Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment.
