Job Duties: | Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanics, installers, and repairers. May also advise customers on recommended services. Excludes team or work leaders. Assign employees to specific duties. Enforce safety, health, and security rules. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level. Does other duties as assigned from time to time |

Qualification Requirements: | Previous work related experience as a Supervisor in an auto parts retail establishment. Attention to detail and accuracy of work. Time and project management skills. Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment. Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others. Strong interpersonal communication. Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members. Applicants must pass Auto Parts skilled test (Total Passing Score of 89%) during application process. The skill testing and comprehension exam are required equally of both US and Foreign workers. Must be able to work during weekends and holidays when needed. |

Comments: | • The place of employment will be at Oleai, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. • Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA • The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions • The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
