Job Duties: ? Prepare food in accordance with portion and quality standards specified in recipes. ? Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures. ? Produces food of high quality according to standard recipes. ? Assist with the preparation, presentation, decoration, and storage of the following: o Meat dishes, o Meat marinades, o Carve meats, o Fish and shell fish, o Sauces for fish and shell fish, o Garnishing techniques and methods of service for fish, pastry, cakes, and yeast goods, o Desserts ? Chinese Regional Dishes: o Guangdong dishes, o Sichuan Dishes, o Beijing Dishes, o Shanghai Dishes. ? Thai Regional Dishes: o Salads, o Dressings, o Stocks and Soups, o Curries. ? Japanese Dishes: o Gohanmono, o Stocks and soups, o Sashimi, o Tempura, o Nabemono, o Noodles. ? Vietnamese Dishes: o Appetizers and their dressings, o Stocks and Soups, o Chicken, meat, seafood, and vegetables dishes. ? Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled. ? Attends and participates in training session as scheduled. ? Prepares in advance food and beverage, material and equipment needed for the service cleans and re-sets his/her working area. ? Implements the casino and department regulations, policies and procedures, including but not limited to: House Rules and Regulations, Health and Safety, Grooming, Quality, Hygiene and Cleanliness. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: Ability to interact with customers and coworkers. Skilled in problem solving and training. Able to speak, read, and write in English. Preferred to be able to speak, read, and write in Mandarin. High School Diploma. 1 Year related experience in Food and Beverage. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
