Job Title: MAINTENANCE WORKER
Job Duties: ? Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose machine malfunctions. ? Dismantle machines, equipment, or devices to access and remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, or power tools. ? Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices. ? Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. ? Adjust functional parts of devices or control instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges. ? Perform general cleaning duties of buildings or properties. ? Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building structures. ? Set up and operate machine tools to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, or tools. ? Align and balance new equipment after installation. ? Fabricate or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures, such as sheds or outbuildings. ? Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per department and company standards at all times. ? Adhere to the company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. ? Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: At least 2 years related working experience in FM firm or Engineering Department at Hotel or Casino or Building Complex Knowledge in plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills Able to work independently and detail oriented Responsible and self-motivated Ability to meet the demands of the work schedule, to be at work and on time. May occasionally require the ability to work outside of regularly scheduled hours. Schedules may vary based on business needs. Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. There are three rotating shifts per day from Monday to Sunday: (A) Day Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. (B) Swing Shift will be from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. (C) Night Shift will be from 10:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m.

Comments: [1] EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. [2] WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment thirty-five (35) hours per week. [3] THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. [4] INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The Employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. [5] FIRST WORK WEEK REIMBURSEMENT: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees). [6] TOOLS, SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENT: Workers will be provided at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. Furthermore, workers will be supplied at no charge all safety clothing and equipment. Company will require all workers to wear such clothing and equipment always during work. [7] HOUSING: The employer will provide optional housing at $25.00 per week, during the employment. [8] EMPLOYEE MEAL: The employees will be provided one (1) duty meal per day at no expense for the duration of the employment.
