| Job Title: | Heavy Equipment Mechanic |
| Job Duties: | Repair replace damaged or worn parts of heavy equipment. Operate/inspect machines, HE to diagnose defects. Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoists and hand tools. Clean, lubrictae and perform other routine maintenance works on equipment vehicles. Examine parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometer gauges. Schedule maintenance for industrial machines equipment and keep service records. Overhaul test machines or euipment to make sure operating efficiency. Assemble gear systems, and align frame gears. Fit bearings to adjust, repair or overhauls mobile mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Weld or solder broken parts and structural members, using lecectric/gas welders soldering tools. Clean parts by spraying them with grease solvent or immesrsing them in tanks of solvent. Adjust, maintain and repair or replacde sub assemblies, like transmissions, crawler heads, using hand tools, jacks and cranes |

Must have no criminal records (background checking will be applied to ALL natinalities) and minimum of 12 months of related working experiemnce. A keen eye to details and good decision making skills. Manage to handle emergency situations, work under pressure and stress. Can work independently with minimum supervision Flexible to work during weekends and odd hours. |
