| Job Duties: | 1. Perform plumbing, carpentry, repairs and painting work to maintain the building structures. 2. Oversee building maintenance contract and service work, process and contract out repair requests. 3. Ensure facilities and buildings are in compliance with guidelines and safety rules and regulations. 4. Repair locking systems on doors, files, cabinet and lockers. 5. Oversee roof maintenance program, inspect condition of roofs, clean roof gutters and drains. 6. Requisition building maintenance supplies, materials and equipment, monitor inventory, load and unload supplies. 7. Collect and transport hazardous waste and all kinds of trash from the working site. 8. Perform related duties as required. |
