Job Title: Warehouse Person
Job Duties: Receive, store, and issue materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. Keep records and compile stock reports. Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer. Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards. Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors. Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas. Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location based on turnover, environmental factors, and physical capabilities of facilities. Keep records on the use and/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors. Provide assistance or direction to other stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard workers. Candidate may also be required to perform other duties such as delivery of goods to customers or other departments within the company when needed. Does other related duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements: Prior work experience in warehouse. People skills. Ability to work in a team. Professional presentation and attitude. Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance. Available to work extended hours. Must be able to work on holidays and weekends on short notice. Applicants must pass skilled test (Total Passing Score of 89%) during the application process. The skill testing and comprehension exam are required equally of both US and Foreign workers.

Comments: The place of employment will be at Susupe, Saipan. Applicants will be reasonably expected to reside within the area of the place of employment to perform the services or labor as advertised. Overtime hours will be applicable at 1.5 x the rate indicated on the JVA The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck as required by law, as well as other deductions for selected employee benefits, including health, vision, dental, life insurance and 401 (K) subject to each company’s conditions. The employer guarantees under paragraph (f)(1) to offer each employee employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays of the total period of employment specified in the work contract, beginning with the first workday after the arrival of the employee at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ending on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. If a worker voluntarily abandons employment or is terminated for cause, the employer is not required to guarantee three-fourths of the work contract, as provided under Subsection 655.423(f). The employer will provide transportation and subsistence to the employee while traveling from the employee’s origin to the place of employment as well as the return transportation and subsistence at the conclusion of the job opportunity, as required by 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Daily transportation to and from the place(s) of employment will be provided by the employer if applicable. The employer will provide without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned, in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(k) Board, lodging, or other facilities the employer will offer to works or tends to assist workers in securing if applicable On the job training will be provided to the worker if applicable.
