Job Duties: | Responsible for workforce planning and implementing the organization’s recruiting and hiring strategy. Provides job candidates by screening, interviewing, and testing applicants; notifying existing staff of internal opportunities and maintaining personnel records. Administers employee’s loan, medical insurance, savings bond, and disability programs by advising employees of eligibility; providing application information; helping with form completion; verifying submission; notifying employees of approvals. Maintains human resources reco rds by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracki ng vacation, sick, and personal time. Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets; re viewing company policies; gathering information; explaining and obtaining signatures and employees relevant documents. Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Preparation & comple tion of employees CW renewals and work authorization documents; corresponds with US/CNMI Labor, USCIS,CBP & other Gov’t Agencies. Prepare payrolls, inventory, sales reports and other accounting duties. Do other related duties as assign from time to time. |

Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 24 months experience in Human Resources & Accounting. Proficient & knowled geable in preparation and processes of USCIS work authorization documents. Must possess strong administrative writing skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficient with Microsoft Office software. Knowledgeable with Local & Federal Immigration policies, laws and compliance. Willing to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends. Hardworking, can work under less supervision and must be able to meet work deadlines |

Fringe Benefits: | The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on October 1, 2020 to September 30, 2021.Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. THREE-FOURTH GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extension, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place or recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distance involved.
