Job Title: Room Attendant
Job Duties: Provide superb and professional housekeeping services to guests of COGR at its Coral Ocean Golf Resort located in Koblerville, Saipan. Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met. Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies, using wheeled carts. Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers. Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas. Observe precautions required to protect resort and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary. Make beds, replace sheets and pillow cases in guest rooms. Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items. Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies, using vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Dust and polish furniture and equipment. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean and orderly. May assist in laundry area if needed. Submit and complete daily written report and may be requested to assist in housekeeping daily/weekly/monthly inventory report. Maybe assigned in the public area and restaurant and offices on a case to case basis. May accept guest or front office request via phone or email or radio communication. Perform other related work as assigned and determined by the Department Head.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: High School Graduate/GED. At least three months of work related experienced. Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services including handling large group of arrival and departure. Must be able to understand and follow instructions and out task in order and willing to work under pressure with the specified number of rooms or duties assigned in every day. Has the ability to be extent flexibility that includes bending, twisting and lifting. Computer literacy is preferred but not required... Be able to stand for prolonged period of time and must possess a friendly and good manners. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays.

Comments: The job opportunity is a temporary, full-time position commencing on September 25, 2020 to September 24, 2021. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total of number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period and begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment of the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: required by 20 CFR655.423(j)(l); If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide reimburse, or advance payment for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon the completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable cost of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly, subjected to mandatory payroll tax deduction required by law (20 CFR 655.423(h).
