Job Duties: CLEANING OUTSIDE PATIO AREA - TO SWEEP WITH A BROOM BY REMOVING DIRT, DUST, FOOD PARTICLES. - TO SHAMPOO THE CONCRETE FLOOR. - TO SET CHAIRS FROM THE STORAGE IN THE MORNING. - TO STORE CHAIRS IN THE STORAGE WHEN CLOSING. - TO OPEN AND CLOSE TYPHOON SHUTTERS DAILY. - TO SWEEP AND WASH THE STAIRS. - TO WASH THE WALL. - TO PAINT THE WALL IF NEEDED. CLEANING PARKING AND BEACH AREA - TO RAKE SEAWEED ON THE BEACH. - TO PICK UP TRASH, CIGARETTE BUTS AND OTHER WASTES IN THE AREA. - TO RAKE PARKING AREA AGGREGATE TO MAINTAIN THE LEVEL OF THE PARKING. - TO WASH THE GARBAGE BINS PERIODICALLY. - TO CONTACT GREASE TRAP SERVICE COMPANY FOR ONCE A MONTH SERVICE. MAINTENANCE - TO WASH TYPHOON SHUTTERS. - TO WASH BUILDING WALLS, ROOF AND DOORS. - TO MAINTAIN WOODEN FURNITURE SUCH AS CHAIRS, INSIDE DINING TABLES AND DOORS, POLISH, SAND AND VARNISH AS NEEDED. TO REPAIR IF NEEDED. - TO CHECK KITCHEN APPLIANCES SUCH AS F REEZER, CHILLER, EXHAUST HOOD, AND WATER HEATER AND CLEAN THEM AS NEEDED. - TO MAINTAIN COMPANY OWNED AUTOMOBILES, SUCH AS WASHING, FILLING GAS, CHANGING ENGINE OIL, CHECKING AIR CONDITIONING FREON AND REFILL AS NEEDED, AND TO CHECK THE WIPER BLADES AND CHANGE AS NEEDED. BRING THEM TO THE MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION FOR ANNUAL RENE WAL. BRING THEM TO THE DEALER FOR THE PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE AND CHECK UP. TO CHECK THE NOISE OF THE ENGINE AND TALK TO THE MECHANIC WHEN NEEDED. - TO MAINTAIN BUILDING FACILITIES SUCH AS FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, SMOKE DETECTORS AND EMERGENCY EXIT SIGNS TO MEET THE BUILDING SAFETY CODE AND FIRE DEPARTMENT SAFETY CODE. REPAIR, CHANGE BATTERIES AND GET THEM SERVICE AS NEEDED. - TO PURCHASE GOODS NECESSARY TO REPAIR FURNITURE, APPLIANCES, AUTOMOBILES, AND OTHERS. IF CANNOT BE FIXED, TO NOTIFY THE MANAGEMENT OF NEED FOR REPAIRS AND/OR SERVICE

Comments: (1) EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position. (2) WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment forty hours per week. Work hours change weekly or bi-weekly. Must be willing to work flexible hours. (3)THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. (4) TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: If the worker completes fifty percent of the work contract period, the Employer will provide or reimburse for the worker's transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.
