| Job Duties: | Will perform a variety of works which include repair and maintenance of machines, mechanical equipment, buildings, and works on plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems. Will also build partitions, make plasters or drywall repairs, and fix or paint roofs, windows, doors, floors and related work. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. |
