Job Duties: Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, and to handle and resolve complaints. Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter transactions using point of sale system, cancel transactions, or obtain details of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Process sales, payments, and money service transactions. Resolve customers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as canceling transactions, refunding money, or adjusting bills. Solicit sales of new or additional services or products. Maintains knowledge of new services, current promotions and policies, assist in development and implementation of promotions. Maintain financial or account records. Prepare documentation for contracts, transactions, or regulatory compliance. Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly transaction reports using Microsoft Excel Worksheet and Powerpoint Presentation. Maintains client confidentiality. Coordinate operational activities. Perform general office duties such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondences. Periodically performs errands such as picking up or dropping off bank deposits, and submitting or delivering supplies or documents within the organization or other agencies.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: Must be high school graduate or equivalent. At least twelve (12) months continuous experience as Customer Service Representative or Client Services Representative in sales and money service environment to two or less employers. Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite such as word, excel, powerpoint, access, outlook, and publisher. Substantial knowledge of money service business compliance regulations required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must know how to operate desktop computer, cash register, multi-line telephone system, scanner, copy machine, 10-key calculator, and typewriter. Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute (WPM). Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services; this includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control system. Demonstrate a highly professional attitude and personal presentation in all verbal and written communications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Able to work flexible hours and on weekends if needed. Must have a valid CNMI driver’s license without any driving violations within the last (3) years. THE EMPLOYER REQUIRES POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING TEST AND RANDOM DRUG TESTING WHICH IS TO BE APPLIED EQUALLY TO BOTH U.S. WORKERS AND CW-1 WORKERS. THE EMPLOYER REQUIRES THE POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT POLICE CLEARANCE RECORD TO BE PROVIDED TO THE EMPLOYER; THIS REQUIREMENT IS TO BE APPLIED EQUALLY TO BOTH U.S. WORKERS AND CW-1 WORKERS. THE EMPLOYER WILL COVER COSTS OF ALL POST-OFFER PRE-EMPLOYMENT, AND RANDOM DRUG SCREENING FOR BOTH U.S. AND CW-1 WORKERS.

Comments: EMPLOYMENT BASIS & DURATION: This job opportunity is for a temporary, full-time position beginning October 1, 2020 and ending September 30, 2021. WORK HOURS: Employees hired under this announcement will work on full time employment of at least thirty-five (35) hours per week. THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual fist date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any. INBOUND/OUTBOUND TRANSPORTATION AND SUBSISTENCE: The employer shall pay for all inbound transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract, or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. PROVISION OF TOOLS, SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job duties.
