Job Title: MAINTENANCE REPAIRER
Job Duties: Perform work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors or stairs.
High School Diploma Required? Yes
Qualification Requirements: - Minimum of 2 + previous years experiences as maintenance repairer in a restaurant set-up. - Proficient troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Technical knowledge of H.V.A.C. and refrigeration, electrical repair, plumbing, along with some knowledge of carpentry and general maintenance. - Ability to maintain / repair varied types of restaurant and building equipment. - Experienced in refrigeration and along with related general maintenance / repair work. - Aware of basic safety issues. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment - Trained in hands-on equipment maintenance - Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals - Has a solid understanding of the job and its duties and responsibilities - Understands technology and can grasp challenging technical issues - Pays attention to detail. Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner
