Job Title: RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Job Duties: - Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations - Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff; - Monitors restaurant operation and the provision of sequence of service is achieved; - Delegates and oversees bartending, kitchen supervision and server duties; - Oversees banquet operations; - Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments; - Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: - Minimum of 2+ previous yrs. experience as Restaurant Supervisory role with heavy volume exposure in a casual themed, full service restaurant - Passion for the industry with a wow the guest mentality - Ability to learn and bring "out of the box" ideas to their team - The ability to embrace and foster a diverse culture- LOVE ALL SERVE ALL- - The desire to be the best - A love for all that is Rock & Roll! - 12 months of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor is required. CNMI Alcoholic Beverage Certificate CNMI Food Handler Certificate
