| Job Duties: | - Assisting the Restaurant Manager and Operations Manager in daily restaurant operations - Prioritizes, schedules, assigns, trains, reviews and evaluates assigned restaurant staff; - Monitors restaurant operation and the provision of sequence of service is achieved; - Delegates and oversees bartending, kitchen supervision and server duties; - Oversees banquet operations; - Resolves routine problems encountered in performance of work assignments; - Performs other related duties as assigned. |
