| Job Duties: | Responsible fo rkeeping a portion of line cook or station chefs on time and organized during production. Oversees all preparation, cooking and presentation for plates. Assists with cooking, preparation and plating when station chefs are absent. Ensures all health and food safety standards are practiced and helps troubleshoot any kitchen issues that may arise. Assists in maintaining coorect levels of stores, provide accurate information on future needs for stock control purposes and quality ingredients utilized. Participate in career development training. |
